Olympic squad to start training for Under-22 Asian Cup

The Harimau Muda A squad is expected to start centralised training for the Under 22 Asian Cup Qualifying Round early next month.

Head coach Ong Kim Swee said has yet to determine the number of players for the tournament due to their involvement in the Singapore League.

"Players eligible for the tournament will be decided after we finish training at end May.

"I also plan to use several club players to strengthen our challenge," he said when contacted by Bernama Friday.

Malaysia which will be represented by Harimau Muda have been drawn in Group G with South Korea, Vietnam, Taiwan, Philippines and Myanmar as group host.
